Is it a natural inborn trait with men?

Is this a natural inborn trait with men or have I failed as a mother??? Questions I may never have the answer too! Isaac continues to loose his pants every time he goes to the potty. Loves to run around in his underwear...And of course if he is reading a book or playing with toys he gets so into it that he just can't put it down long enough to take a dump. But, so quick to run after he is through that he can't remember to wipe, flush or to pick the stuff up...never mind putting the lid down or turning off the lights. There is always a pile of stuff beside the toilet and he just can't seem to figure out why I get so MAD!!! I walk him back in the bathroom and say "Isaac, your a pretty smart boy...do you see anything wrong in here?" and he has no idea what is the problem.... I am trying my hardest to house break him so he will some day make a suitable husband for a lovely lady! Where did I go wrong??
