MRSA

Well, we finally got the test results back to Julia's bite on her bottom and it is positive for MRSA! The good news is that the antibiotic that she is already taking for her Urinary Tract infection is supposed to help kill MRSA. The other good news is that at this point the MRSA is only in her sore and not spread to the rest of her body. It is still highly contagious and I am not sure if she will be allowed to attend school, soccer etc. The school teacher freaked out yesterday when I told her that Julia was positive for the germ! So, today I have to go back to the doctors office for a consultation to see what we need to do to prevent the spreading of these germs to others! Pray for Julia and her infection and that it does not spread to her body and that nobody else will get the germs from her! I will update more later.
