Best Memories of Thanksgiving

When I think of Thanksgiving I think of Grandma and all the Turkey Day dinners we had at her house. I think of snapping green beans while watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and eating Grandma's homemade applesauce and her yummy pumpkin bread and eating gingerbread cookies that somebody always made. Pumpkin pies and cool whip! Swinging on the swing with Grandpa and listening to him tell stories about his life on the railroad, working with the lighting company and Pratt Whitney. After dinner naps on the couch and back rubs from Grandma. Full tummies and a game of hand and foot! Spending the whole day from morning to evening with the family just hanging out and eating all day! Those are my best memories of Thanksgiving!
